These terms apply to the sale of the digital recipe collection offered on theketolibrary.com by TBD (sole proprietorship, KVK number).

What you buy

You buy a licence to use one digital recipe collection in PDF form for your own private use. You may print a copy for yourself. You may not resell, republish or distribute the file.

Payment and delivery

Payment runs through a hosted checkout provider. Delivery is a download link sent to the email address you enter at checkout, immediately after the payment is confirmed.

Withdrawal

Because the file is delivered digitally and immediately, you agree that the statutory right of withdrawal lapses once the download begins. If delivery fails or the file is unreadable, contact TBD and it will be resolved.

Nature of the content

The collection is a cookbook. It contains recipes and calculated nutritional values. It is not advice of any kind and it makes no promises about outcomes.

Liability and law

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. Dutch law applies.
